• Information you give us directly — when you submit our contact or booking forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), service and studio preferences, and any project details you include in your message.
• SMS opt-in — if you check the SMS opt-in box on a form, we collect your consent and phone number for the purpose of sending you text messages about your inquiry, bookings, and related communications.
• Technical information — your browser type, device type, IP address, and pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure, to remember your cookie preferences, and to fix bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule sessions, and provide the services you've requested.
• To send transactional text messages and to call you back about your booking, if you've provided a phone number or opted in to SMS.
• To keep our website secure, prevent fraud, and improve usability.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

More broadly, we do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only in these limited cases:

• With service providers (for example, email or form-delivery vendors) who are contractually required to protect your information and only use it to provide services to us.

4. Publishing Application Data

If you submit a Publishing Application through Infinite 22 Publishing (the publishing-administration arm of Infinite 22 Studios LLC), this section explains how that specific information is handled. It supplements, and does not replace, the rest of this Policy.

• What we collect on the application. Your legal name, professional (artist / producer / songwriter) name, email address, phone number, social-media handles you provide (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter / X), referral information you supply, links to your artist profiles on streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube), and individual song entries (title, artist, your ownership percentage, and a streaming link).
• Who can see it. Publishing Application data is reviewed by Infinite 22 Publishing staff only. We do not share Publishing Application data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose unrelated to your application.
• How we use it. To evaluate your application, contact you about it, and — if you sign a separate publishing-administration agreement with us — to administer your catalog (for example, registering works with PROs, the MLC, SoundExchange, and equivalent foreign societies, and pitching your catalog for placements). The specific scope of administration is governed by your individual agreement.
• Retention. Application data is retained while we evaluate your submission and, if we engage with you, for as long as needed to administer your catalog and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your application data at any time before an administration agreement is signed by emailing publishing@weareinfinite22.com.
• Authority and accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for confirming you are authorized to administer the works listed in your application. If you are applying as a representative, you confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of the named artist, producer, or songwriter.
• Service providers. Publishing Application submissions are delivered to us by the email infrastructure described in the rest of this Policy. Those providers are bound to use the data only to deliver the submission to us.

5. SMS Messaging

If you opt in to SMS, message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for customer-care contact information.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make this site work and to remember your preferences (including the cookie-banner choice itself). We do not run third-party advertising trackers. The cookie banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline non-essential categories, and your choice is stored for one year. You can re-prompt by clearing this site's data in your browser.
